We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with 26 days' holiday, increasing up to 29 days with length of service, and a generous pension scheme with up to 10% matching contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and planning to execution and evaluation.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of ITS consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Business Development: Analyse the market to discover new business opportunities, strategies, and partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, or a related field (Master's preferred); or related experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ITS consulting, traffic engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of traffic management systems, intelligent transportation technologies, and urban mobility trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
