Job Title: Children's Social Work Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Social Work Professional to join our team as an Assistant Team Manager for the Children With Disabilities team in South East London.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Practice Manager in managing the team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality social work services to children and families.
• Provide guidance and support to social workers in the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective services.
• Work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.

Requirements:
• A degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Significant experience in children's social work, preferably in a management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
