IT Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team in Lincoln. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers through various channels, including phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
  • Offer support to customers through phone and email, providing clear and concise guidance on technical issues.
  • Log all support interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLAs.
  • Prioritize and manage tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in customer-facing support, particularly in application or technical support.
  • Proficiency in report generation and data analysis.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
