Technical Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Air IT Limited. As a key member of our Service Desk, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hardware and Software Support: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot client hardware and software according to company standards.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of client environments and activities within our CRM system.
  • Information Security: Uphold information security protocols to safeguard client data and maintain our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Service Desk Engineer, showcasing your technical prowess.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop environments and Microsoft 365.
  • Networking and Security: Familiarity with Backup/DRaaS, Azure Active Directory, and networking technologies (TCP/IP, Firewall, Routing/Switching).
  • Driving License: A current and valid UK driving license, enabling you to provide on-site support.
