Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrable experience as a Service Desk Engineer, showcasing your technical prowess.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop environments and Microsoft 365.
  • Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with Backup/DRaaS, Azure Active Directory, and networking technologies (TCP/IP, Firewall, Routing/Switching).
