We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Lincoln. As a key member of the IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer support to customers through phone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to their technical issues.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical problems, utilizing your problem-solving skills to find swift and effective solutions.
  • Correct data issues and produce reports as necessary, maintaining accurate records of all support interactions.
  • Prioritize and manage tickets, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalating complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Experience in customer-facing support, particularly in application or technical support.
  • Proficiency in report generation and data analysis.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
