We are seeking a proactive and confident problem solver to join our client's IT support team in a dynamic setting. If you excel in resolving customer issues and have a knack for technical troubleshooting, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers through various channels.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues reported by users, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
  • Correct data discrepancies and produce reports as necessary.
  • Log all support interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy.
  • Prioritize and manage technical issues, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex technical issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in technical customer-facing support, particularly in application or technical support.
  • Proficiency in report generation and data analysis.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
