IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and confident problem solver to join our client's IT support team in Lincoln. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer support to customers through phone and email, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution to their queries.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by users, utilizing your analytical skills to identify and resolve problems.
- Correct data issues and produce reports as necessary, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Prioritize and manage tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalating complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in customer-facing support, particularly in application or technical support, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in report generation and data analysis, with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
