About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation and Improvement Lead to join our team at Ringway. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal part in driving innovation and improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation program, aligning with our business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions and service enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with our existing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Manage and report on innovation progress, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Take the lead on innovation and improvement initiatives, driving cultural change and embedding a culture of innovation within our organization.
  • Engage with our supply chain to capture and develop innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
  • Evaluate and develop business cases for innovative projects, demonstrating value and return on investment.
  • Facilitate innovation workshops and briefings, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.

  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of driving innovation and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience in presenting findings and new ideas to stakeholders.
