Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Inbound Call Center/Sales team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 8 and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also be involved in designing and facilitating sales training for the team, monitoring sales performance metrics, and proactively problem-solving to improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Supervision: Assist the Sales Manager in supervising the growing team, providing cover when needed, and contributing to the design and facilitation of sales training.
  2. Customer Service: Provide clients with a first point of contact, ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer service, and answering a high volume of incoming calls from clients.
  3. Problem-Solving: Proactively problem-solve and share ideas on how to innovate and improve team performance, and remain calm under pressure.
  4. Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with diverse clients in a sensitive, empathetic, and professional manner at all times.
  5. Technical Skills: Use Microsoft Office effectively and have experience in using Microsoft Dynamics (desirable but not essential).

Requirements

  1. Experience: Experience working in a sales team in a mid-senior capacity is essential, and some management experience is desirable but not essential.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, high energy, ability to produce accurate notes, excellent attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  3. Education: Not specified.

What We Offer

Basic salary up to £45,000 plus bonus/commission and excellent benefits. The role can offer hybrid working, with 2/3 days in the office per week.
