Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Blom and Blom. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective management strategies to promote high-quality childcare and education.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and child outcomes.
- Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare, such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or recognised equivalent.
- Minimum 18 months nursery management experience.
- Up-to-date knowledge of EYFS framework and regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
- Ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes.
