About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing local marketing plans to increase participation in our leisure facilities across the Arun district.

As a sales and marketing professional, you will work closely with our site teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that engage our customers and drive results. You will be responsible for consistently achieving sales targets, identifying customer target markets, and developing marketing strategies to reach them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase participation in our leisure facilities
  • Work closely with site teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Identify customer target markets and develop marketing strategies to reach them
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and measure the success of marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local community groups and partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a leisure or hospitality environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
