Area Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies to promote our leisure facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement local marketing plans to drive participation and engagement with our leisure facilities and services.
- Work closely with site teams to design, deliver, and analyze marketing campaigns across our key business areas, including swimming, gym, and group exercise participation, soft play, racket sports, catering, retail lines, and children's activities.
- Identify customer target markets and develop effective marketing strategies to reach and engage with them.
- Measure and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with site teams to bring together engaging customer content, timely campaigns, and results.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with site teams and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Flexibility to travel across sites and work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
