We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Fundraising Assistant at Coeliac UK. Based in High Wycombe, the successful candidate will work on a full-time basis and receive a competitive salary of £26,000 - £29,000 per annum.

About the Job:

The Fundraising Assistant will play a key role in supporting the fundraising team, ensuring excellent stewardship of Coeliac UK's supporters. Key responsibilities include processing donations, supporting fundraising events, preparing fundraising materials, and providing exceptional supporter care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handling incoming mail, logging returns in the CRM database, and accurately recording cheques, cash, and credit card donations.
  2. Scanning Gift Aid declarations and updating the CRM accordingly.
  3. Collating and sending out fundraising packs to supporters.
  4. Updating supporter details on the CRM and assisting with importing data for fundraising campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in supporter or customer care roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with supporters face-to-face, over the phone, and online.
  • High level of accuracy in all tasks, particularly in data entry and communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with databases.
