We are seeking a highly organized Finance Support Specialist to support our finance team at TechHouse. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, making payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all supplier and customer invoices with accuracy
- Make timely payments and process receipts efficiently
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Process expense claims and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Prior experience in finance administration or a related field
- Strong Excel skills to manage data and reports
- A meticulous approach to tasks with high attention to detail
- Able to work accurately under pressure with deadlines
