Job Overview: ETS Technical Selection is looking for a highly skilled Engineering Process Specialist to join our team in Buckinghamshire. As an experienced Process Engineer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the systems and procedures adopted/used on site.

The successful candidate will have strong practical experience in process engineering and manufacturing engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment. They should also possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering field, with relevant experience in design, preparation, and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes. Additionally, they should be able to utilise automated measuring tools and have a strong understanding of automated manufacturing equipment control plans.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and prepare concept drawings of new equipment or modifications to existing equipment
* Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering and manufacturing production problems through identification and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes
* Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes and engineering procedures
* Responsible for maximising cost effectiveness and reliability towards manufacturing flow, processes, and equipment
