We are seeking an experienced Engineering Process Development Manager to join our team at ETS Technical in Buckinghamshire. This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in process engineering and development to drive innovation and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and experience with design and development of innovative solutions to complex manufacturing problems. This is a full-time position that requires relocation to the UK.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and preparing concept drawings of new equipment or modifications to existing equipment.
  • Developing innovative solutions to complex engineering and manufacturing production problems through identification and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes.
  • Preparing documentation for new manufacturing processes and engineering procedures.
  • Maximizing cost effectiveness and reliability towards manufacturing flow, processes, and equipment.
  • Refining and enhancing processes by applying continuous improvement and key lean manufacturing production principles and techniques.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in process engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
