The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to design and document processes, roles, responsibilities, and systems, ensuring alignment with the new model and operational readiness.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business, driving process simplification, standardization, and enhancement across two businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive consensus and facilitate workshops and meetings.

We offer a competitive salary range of £550 - £700 per day, plus a hybrid arrangement with 2-3 days on-site in Buckinghamshire.
