">Job Description
">This part-time position involves providing counseling services to clients with various benefits, including short-term goal-focused EAP and employer health plans allowing multiple sessions as medically necessary.
">- Provide counseling to adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
- Treat adults in a confidential, private setting, preferably also open to treating children, adolescents, couples, or families.
- Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in our scheduling system.
- Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
- Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team and administrative care support team when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
">- An unrestricted license to practice counseling (Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, etc.) in England.
- Post-graduate experience with at least 3 years of post-licensed experience.
- Comfort with technology and telehealth competence.
- Availability to offer some monthly in-person sessions for Spring Health members in Manchester, England.
- Training and experience in evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
- Ability to provide safety planning and intervention during high-risk situations.
- Commitment to quality clinical care and willingness to expand capabilities through client progress feedback.
