We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 per year, depending on experience. As a part-time therapist, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work from anywhere with stable internet. Our platform takes care of administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on clinical care.

Job Description

We are seeking qualified, part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network and deliver care through our tech-enabled platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing counseling services to clients with benefits ranging from short-term goal-focused EAP to employer health plans allowing as many sessions as medically necessary.
  • Treating adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
  • Maintaining a calendar displaying your availability and completing session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
  • Using evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An unrestricted license to practice counseling in England.
  • Post-graduate experience with at least 3 years of post-licensed experience.
  • Comfort with technology and telehealth competence.
  • Availability to offer some amount of monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members in Manchester, England.
