Senior Mental Health Therapist

Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mental Health Therapist to lead their clinical team in shaping and implementing a high-quality psychological service for children and young people on the Isle of Man. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for representing the service to the local community.

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract top talent from across the UK. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a strong therapies team in providing high-quality psychological services to children and young people.
  • Representing the service to the local community and stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical / Counselling / Forensic).
  • Significant experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
