Job Description:
  We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Plymouth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

About the Role:
  In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior management and identifying new sales opportunities within the current client base. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
