We are looking for a talented Account Strategist to join our team at TQR in Plymouth.
About the Opportunity:This role offers a unique chance to leverage your expertise in account management and drive revenue growth for our clients.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead Client Relationships:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and act as their primary point of contact.
- Drive Growth:
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement account strategies to deliver exceptional service and long-term value for clients.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Insights and Updates:
- Provide clients with insights, updates, and performance metrics through regular account reviews.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience:
- A proven track record of success in account management, sales, or client services.
- Expertise in the training sector is a strong advantage.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Other:
- Familiarity with the Plymouth market or surrounding region is beneficial.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
