Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HR Business Partnering to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional HR services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and creative HR Business Partnering and initiatives to ensure that the Company and Business Group objectives are developed, supported, and achieved.
  • Responsible for consistent and fair management of employee relations and change management programmes across the Company.
  • Responsible for the overall management of the HRBP team.
  • Act as a conduit between the line managers, employees, and business for people issues.
  • Provide the HR Director and Executive with insights on common concerns/trends and issues across the Company.
  • Provide HR advice to the Business in line with policies and legal considerations.
  • Responsible for the introduction or amendments and coaching of line managers on the Company's people policies.
  • Make the HR director aware of any sensitive or high-risk people issues in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of the annual salary review process.
  • Manage the review of all salary increases and promotions to ensure fairness.
  • Work with the L&D team to plan and direct employee training and development plans.
  • Ensure open and transparent management and employee communications.
  • Develop and maintain key peer contacts across the HR profession.
  • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR Team.
Requirements
  • Proven ability in HR Business Partnering at team leader level.
  • Proven experience of building trusted relationships with clients/stakeholders.
  • Highly commercial, with experience of setting and performing to commercial KPIs.
  • Using high levels of emotional intelligence.
