Job Title: Adult Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team at NHS.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care; have experience in Palliative & Dementia care and experience in clinical triage.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.
  2. Manage chronic health conditions and prescribe medications and treatments.
  3. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  4. Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical practice, research, and standards of care within the service.
  5. Practice autonomously, formulate clinical decisions, and treatment plans within local guidelines/policy.
Requirements
  1. Registered Nurse qualification with valid Nursing and Midwifery Council NMC registration.
  2. Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner programme.
  3. Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Working Hours

9.30am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday.
