Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team at NHS.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care; have experience in Palliative & Dementia care and experience in clinical triage.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.
- Manage chronic health conditions and prescribe medications and treatments.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical practice, research, and standards of care within the service.
- Practice autonomously, formulate clinical decisions, and treatment plans within local guidelines/policy.
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid Nursing and Midwifery Council NMC registration.
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner programme.
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
9.30am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday.
