About the Role
We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Crooton. As a Night Senior Carer, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents, working closely with the clinical team and Deputy General Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans
- Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals who are committed to providing individualised care and support.
