Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in palliative and dementia care, with experience in clinical triage and a proven track record of providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.
- Manage chronic health conditions, prescribe medications and treatments, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement care plans, and contribute to the ongoing development of clinical practice, research, and standards of care within the service.
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid Nursing and Midwifery Council NMC registration.
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner programme.
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting, with at least 1 year of Advanced Clinical Practice experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
