About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our night care team at Crooton. As a Night Senior Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. This will involve supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and contributing to the creation of a warm and welcoming environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualised care and support. We offer ongoing training opportunities, so you can develop your career and progress into roles such as Care Practitioner or nursing.
