As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Rullion Limited, you will play a key role in supporting the project team by managing commercial aspects, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

Bid strategy:
Identify potential risks and opportunities in bid documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and achieve company objectives.

Contractual management:
Handle contract changes, variations, and claims to maintain a strong commercial position.

Supply chain management:
Build relationships with subcontractors and manage their accounts to ensure smooth project execution.

Project support:
Provide commercial guidance to project teams and manage project finances to ensure financial success and overall effectiveness.

Reporting:
Prepare and submit financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.

Control:


Prepare and submit interim payment applications, analyze payment notices, and monitor cash receipts to ensure timely payments. Collect outstanding debts and resolve financial discrepancies to maintain a healthy cash flow. Conduct ongoing cost reconciliation and prepare monthly project forecasts to ensure accurate financial projections.


People:
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance and support informed business decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Essential Requirements:
Must be able to obtain UK Security Clearance. Full driving licence. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, working with NEC3/NEC4 contract forms in an Energy, Construction or Utilities background ideally.

Desirable Requirements:
BA or BSc Degree. RICS, CIOB, or equivalent membership. NEC 3/4 experience. UK Born National (Security requirement).
