Business Development Manager - European Road Transport and Customs

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading Freight Forwarder, in their head office in Dagenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing the company's core services in European Road Transport and Customs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in European Road Transport and Customs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and employees
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to drive business growth and development
  • Conduct fieldwork to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the freight forwarding industry
  • Strong focus on European Road Transport and Customs
  • Full clean driving license
  • Prior connections within the industry
  • Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic
