About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Lidl in Deutschland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Work efficiently to receive and process deliveries, maintaining a high level of stock accuracy and availability.
  • Merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Bake fresh goods and maintain the bakery area, adhering to high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • A drive and passion to work hard and make a real difference in the store.
  • A smile on your face and a friendly manner to inspire your team and help our customers.

  • An extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
