About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work efficiently to restock shelves, process deliveries, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and product presentation to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
  • Adhere to Lidl's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
