Job Title: Offender Accommodation Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Offender Accommodation Coordinator to join our team at Seetec Group Ltd.

Salary Range: £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

This position involves coordinating offender accommodation services, working closely with probation practitioners to identify individual requirements and develop tailored accommodation plans.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate offender accommodation services, ensuring participants receive the support they need.
  • Develop and implement tailored accommodation plans in partnership with probation practitioners.
  • Monitor progress and outcomes, making adjustments as needed.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience or knowledge of Accommodation (including legislation) is desirable.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Experience or knowledge of the work of the Criminal Justice System.
  • Good organization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
