Housing Support Specialist

We are seeking a Housing Support Specialist to join our team at JT Recruit. As a Housing Support Specialist, you will be working with tenants in supported independent living properties and sheltered housing.
The role requires the post holder to undertake multiple visits/contacts each day to assist with social activities and provide support as needed. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours and days that can be discussed during the interview process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting tenants with daily living tasks and providing emotional support
- Developing and maintaining relationships with tenants and local community groups
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to tenant support
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A salary of £14,400 - £14,620 per annum (pro-rata) is on offer for this exciting opportunity.
