Care Home Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.
Your Responsibilities- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care on each shift.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the physical and mental needs of our residents.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that our care homes are meeting the required standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will also need to have a strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks.
