We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the physical and mental needs of our residents.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You should have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards.
