About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the physical and mental needs of our residents
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the quality of care is maintained
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You should have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards.
