About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents in our care homes across the region. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that all residents receive the highest level of care, with a focus on delivering tailored care plans that meet their physical and mental needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality clinical care to residents in our care homes
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the physical and mental needs of residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
