About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents in our care homes across the region. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that all residents receive the highest level of care, with a focus on delivering personalized care plans that meet their physical and mental needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality clinical care to residents in our care homes.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the physical and mental needs of residents.
  • Ensure that all residents receive the highest level of care, with a focus on delivering person-centered care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure that care plans are up-to-date and effective.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration.
  • Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
  • Strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge and understanding of key regulatory frameworks.
  • Successful track record of producing care plans and risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
