About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to lead our new, bespoke, state-of-the-art care facility. Our facility is designed to promote independence and comfort for its service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of nursing care.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and legislation.
  • Promote the wellbeing of both service users and staff.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
  • Manage financial affairs, including budgeting and occupancy rates.

Requirements
