About the Role:

Candlelight Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, domestic household tasks, and food preparation, tailored to their individual needs.
  • Support clients with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.
  • Report any significant changes in a client's health or circumstances to the Registered Manager.

What We Offer:

  • Guaranteed hours of 37.5 per week, ensuring a constant regular wage.
  • A minimum annual salary of £23,200.
  • Mixed shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with two days off in the week.
  • Full paid induction training and ongoing training provided throughout your sponsorship.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience working in a care-based role, preferably in a domiciliary setting.
  • Current sponsorship with another provider and willingness to switch sponsorship to Candlelight Care.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to relocate to the Wimborne area.
