Care and Support Specialist

Candlelight Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our domiciliary care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional and practical support to clients, including assistance with personal care, domestic household tasks, and food preparation.
- Assist with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment as required.
- Report any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client to the Registered Manager.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Guaranteed hours of 37.5 per week, ensuring a stable and predictable income.
- A minimum annual salary of £23,200, providing a competitive compensation package.
- Mixed shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with two days off in the week.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and empathetic approach.
