Night Care Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to an individual living in Wimborne, who has an acquired brain injury and epilepsy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the individual with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and housekeeping.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes the individual’s independence and well-being.
- Ensure the individual’s safety and well-being at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the individual’s family and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Requirements
- Must hold a Full UK Driving License.
- Be able to work waking nights from 8pm till 8am, including Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
- Have experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries and epilepsy.
We offer a competitive pay rate of £13.39 - £13.91 based on weekday/weekend night (weekly pay) and a supportive working environment. If you are a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
