Residential Care and Support Specialist

At McCarthy Stone, we're seeking a dedicated Residential Care and Support Specialist to join our team at The Old Market Village in Wimborne.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art retirement village that features bungalows, chalet bungalows, and apartments set amidst beautiful surroundings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support services to our residents, ensuring they enjoy a high quality of life. Key duties will include:
- Delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the estate
- Assisting with daily tasks and errands, such as booking appointments and arranging transport
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of older people. If you have experience working in care or support roles and are driven to excel in this field, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role:

Requirements:- Experience working in care or support roles

- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent
