About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Housing Needs Officer to join our team in Brighton, East Sussex.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing housing options expertise and supporting vulnerable individuals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 and be able to draft S184 decisions effectively.

Familiarity with Locata software is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Draft S184 decisions effectively.
  • Create Personal Housing Plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 to ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency in Locata software is preferred.
