Social Inclusion Programme Facilitator

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

As a Social Inclusion Programme Facilitator, you will deliver high-quality group and individual interventions to offenders, helping to develop their confidence and promote a positive mindset.

This role requires an individual who has successfully worked in a target-driven environment, with the ability to drive performance through focused performance management. Your understanding of the challenges faced by offenders/ex-offenders in reintegrating into society is crucial in managing difficult situations.
