Job DescriptionThis role involves supporting individuals in their own homes or in the community, focusing on social inclusion, life skills, and personal development.
- Engage individuals in various activities to promote social inclusion and well-being
- Assist with employment or education, encouraging independence and self-sufficiency
- Manage challenging situations and behaviours, ensuring privacy and dignity
- Write accurate and factual daily reports, monitoring progress and outcomes
- At least 6 months experience in care work
- Ideal candidate has a driving license and access to their own vehicle
- An up-to-date DBS check
- Ability to travel and work in various settings
- Employed status with opportunities for growth and development
- 28 days paid holiday per year, based on hours worked

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
