Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Inclusion Specialist to join our team at Kedleston Group Limited. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, ideally with QTS and a degree, and significant experience working in an ASC/SEMH school setting. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to observe children who are dysregulating, and write interventions to support engagement and self-regulation.

In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as continued professional development and training, enhanced pension contributions, and discounts on various goods and services.
