Role Overview

This Senior Inclusion Role is available at a small, independent Special Needs school in Wembley. The successful candidate will join the senior leadership team to proactively support inclusion for all students.

The school caters to pupils with SEMH needs, including Global Development Delay, ADHD, ASC, and Pathological Avoidance Demand. Many pupils have been excluded from mainstream settings due to behavioral difficulties.

In this role, you will report to the Headteacher and work closely with the Head, Behaviour Lead, Speech & Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Child Therapists.
