This is a newly created opportunity for a skilled, passionate senior qualified nurse to join Tonic Healthcare as Lead Clinical Supervisor.

As a key member of the management team, you will provide clinical supervision to a growing team of smoking cessation practitioners across England, and oversee direct observations of the national teams.

Your responsibilities will include managing quality assurance, having clinical oversight of services, and monitoring monthly care audits to ensure best practice and continually improving processes and procedures.

You will also be instrumental in working on service development projects, driving staff performance, recruiting and onboarding new teams, and delivering clinical training across different teams.

As part of the strategic growth plan, you will look at ways of growing existing services, innovating, and ensuring continual improvement, and be part of further developing a business growth plan.
